The following fee schedule pertains to separate account management only. Fees are charged quarterly in advance, based upon the market value of the assets at the end of the previous calendar quarter. The following fee schedule does not include custody fees.

Account Minimum: $5,000,000 (US)

Fixed Income Fee Schedule

• 0.40% on the first $10 million.
• 0.25% on the next $15 million.
• 0.20% on amounts over $25 million.

Equity Indexing Fee Schedule

• 0.30% on all equity assets
