Thomas D.D. Graff, CFA

Tom Graff is a Managing Director and stockholder of CCM. He serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. His responsibilities include research, trading of taxable securities, and portfolio analytics. He joined CCM in 1999.

Graff graduated from Loyola College in Maryland in 1999 with a BA in Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, as well as a member of the CFA Institute, and the Baltimore Security Analysts Society. He was awarded both the 1999 Wall Street Journal Award and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond Award for outstanding achievement in economics. He is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society.
