| During his first thirty years in the fixed
income arena, James T. Cavanaugh
III, recognized that the investment management business
lacked a presence of firms primarily dedicated to fixed income
portfolio management. As a result, in 1991, he founded Cavanaugh
Capital Management (CCM), a sub-chapter S-Corporation offering
specialized expertise in the management of fixed income securities
for institutions and individuals. Today, approximately 90% of
CCM’s total assets under management represent fixed income
investments. This percentage, combined with the level of fixed
income assets under management, ranks CCM as one of the largest
fixed income specialists in Maryland. |
